Shipping, Handling and Return Policies

HCG Return Policy

Any item purchased, from CJ Harlan Designs, gives a gift in your name (first initial, last name) to:
The Harlan Circle's "Guidance Gift Program" (GGP) by way of the newly founded  HC "Art That Makes A Difference" program. Gifting 10% of your total purchase to help others in need of HC art therapy, guidance and strategic coaching services.

All sale items: artwork; designs; kits; classes; books; Harlan retreat and event reservations that are purchased, are eligible for a full instore credit or exchange for you or to use as a gift for someone else upon your request.

Returns are non-refundable for cashback.

Any credit or exchange will be honored to purchase any other CJ Harlan Design. In the event you do not wish to return your design for the same design or for an equally valued alternative design choice, CJ Harlan will grant you a credit towards any future design and/or towards a Harlan Circle event, class or coaching service.

Returns can also be gifted in the form of a gift certificate for someone else to use. A gift card can be sent to the person you wish to give the gift to, upon your request to fulfill your return credit.
NOTE: Gift Certificates and Personalized Cards can, of course, be purchased and sent without any return.

All returns must be returned by FedEx or UPS for tracking reasons and returned to Harlan Circle in good condition within 10 business days from the time it is received in order for your return to be eligible for full credit. After 10 days a restocking charge of 25% will be deducted from your credit. No returns will be accepted past 30 days from your date of purchase. In the event you receive your item damaged, you must contact us so we can notify the shipper, we will then notify you with instructions on how to return the item for a full credit.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us via email: support@cjharlandesigns.com to inform us of any return and include a tracking number. Please label your email's subject title: "Item To Be Returned For (your first initial and last name)"

Example: - subject title: "Item To Be Returned For J. Smith"

We value you as a client and will work with you to grant a credit or exchange that best suits your needs when an exchange or return is necessary.


Shipping Policy
All CJ Harlan Designs purchased through CJ Harlan Designs or through Harlan Circle Gifts, will be shipped by
FedEx or UPS.

The choice of shipper "to be used", is selected by the artist, unless the buyer/client has a special request for a specific shipping arrangement.

All items will be packaged, shipped and handled professionally and are to be delivered in good condition. The buyer/client will receive a tracking number for their purchased items in an email on the day the items shipped.

Any items received by the buyer/client  that are damaged in shipping, must be reported in writing
to: support@cjharlandesigns.com 
This is necessary in order for us to send the buyer/client the proper return instructions and begin the return process. After the return has been processed and the items are returned to CJ Harlan Designs, we will grant the buyer/client a full credit and ship the replacement items upon the specified return request. 

All items are insured for the standard insurance rates and is the responsibility of the artist or HC, depending on who is shipping the item purchased.

Buyers/clients can track their shipped items using the FedEx and UPS site links provided in the
"Your Items Have Been Shipped" email, sent from support@cjharlandesigns.com
